A great alternative to a hotel, Maidenhead House serviced accommodation is an entire house, let out nightly, and serviced on a weekly basis (including new linen and cleaning). Furnished to a high standard, we welcome company stays, relocatees and local families in need of temporary accommodation, giving you a home from home experience without the confines of a hotel room.

There are many benefits of choosing Maidenhead House serviced accommodation instead of a hotel, you will get alot more space than a regular hotel room, in addition it will provide you with more independence, privacy, flexibility and freedom. You can work, relax or entertain as you would in your own home. Our serviced accommodation is very competitively priced when compared to hotels and offers inclusive Smart TV (43" Roku with many apps), fast Wi-Fi internet 1 Gbps and writing desk for working from home. Parking and a garden with patio and BBQ is included. Further savings can be made as Maidenhead House has a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to cater for yourself and reduce your restaurant bills.

What Is Included In Maidenhead House?
Maidenhead House is furnished to be a ‘home away from home’ experience and to include everything you should need throughout your stay.

Kitchen with 6-burner gas range oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, cafetiere, moka pot, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine, utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Living room with comfortable sofas and smart TV 43" Roku with many apps.

Writing desks in each bedroom for working from home.

Fast Wi-Fi internet 1 Gbps  included.

Bedrooms with comfortable beds and bed linen.

Bathrooms with plenty of hot water.

We take care of all the bills, from heating to internet and can arrange a service clean once a week for stays longer than 7 nights should you require at cost. 

Yes, 1 Gbps free Wi-Fi is provided in Maidenhead House.

We will do our utmost to ensure you are able to view Maidenhead House before you commit if you wish to do so. If the property is currently occupied, then we will try to answer any questions you have to ensure you are comfortable with booking. If so, please contact us at bookings@maidenheadhouse.com

As soon as you have made your decision please complete the booking request form and we will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you are not sure about all the aspects, that’s ok, we can help. The rental cost will depend on the number of persons who are booked to stay with us.

When making your booking request, please let us know how many person will be staying so we can provide you with the best quote.

We accept payment directly into our bank or by company invoice (PayPal) which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Payment or billing confirmation is required prior to check-in in all instances.
Yes, the longer you stay the better value we can offer you. Discounts are offered for long term bookings. We will be happy to calculate discounts and rates for you depending on the length of your enquiry.

Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in Maidenhead House.

Smoking is not allowed in Maidenhead House but you can smoke in the back garden.

If you would like to extend your stay, please let us know so that we can ensure that we consult you before taking any future bookings for Maidenhead House.

You will be sent a “Booking Confirmation” which will give you the address of Maidenhead House. A “Welcome Letter” is also sent before arrival with details of how to access Maidenhead House as well as other information that you may find useful. (Please see our Terms and Conditions for charges relating to changes in bookings).

You can check-in to Maidenhead House from 4pm on the day of arrival. We use ‘self check-in’ via key safe box and will send you the code to the key safe box before your arrival, on your booking confirmation documentation. We are available via phone should you need any assistance relating to check-in or during your stay.

Please speak to us so we can check our availability. Early arrival fee starts from £10 per additional hour for arrivals between 12am and 4pm. Any arrivals before 10am will be charged the full nightly rate for the previous night.
Check-out time is by 10am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise agreed. If you do require a later departure please let us know in advance and we will try and arrange this for you, however it cannot be guaranteed. Departure after 10am up to 12pm will incur an extra charge of £10 per additional hour. Departures after 12pm will be the charged the full nightly rate.

You will receive directions to Maidenhead House together with access instructions in your Welcome Letter prior to arrival. Additionally, there are is a map on our website.

Parking for one car is available in the street in front of Maidenhead House. Parking is subject to availability and free of charge.

Once a booking has been confirmed by Maidenhead House, any request for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will get a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you will get a 50% refund. Otherwise, you will not get a refund.

You are able to extend your stay if we have not taken another booking. If you would like the ‘option to extend’ please let us know when making your booking. We will then ask you nearer to your departure date if there is a need to extend, but we reserve the right to take other bookings if we cannot reach you or do not hear from you. Please keep in touch when staying for a longer period so that we are aware of your plans. 

Accidents happen. If you happen to break anything during your stay, please contact us immediately via email to bookings@maidenheadhouse.com and we will advise about issuing a replacement or organising repairs and/or if there will be a charge.

If you happen to loose your keys please contact us straight away so we can issue a replacement, on tel. (+44 78 1414 7880. There may be a charge of up to £200 and a call a out charge of £50 may be applicable if assistance is needed out of hours.

Yes, we do. Our housekeeping team ensure that Maidenhead House is cleaned before your stay and that you have a basic provision of toiletries, towels and bed linen. After a 7-night consecutive stay, we recommend that a general service clean of the house is carried out. The clean is carried out by our local cleaning team at a charge and involves the entire house being cleaned, including the towels and bed linen being changed. If you require anything extra during your stay, please contact us via email on bookings@maidenheadhouse.com

We supply a some tea, coffee and sugar. For your remaining stay there is a corner shop a  few steps from the house and large grocery stores Sainsburys, Waitrose, Iceland and Lidl in Maidenhead town centre within 5 - 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk.

Maidenhead House has steep staircases and none of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Therefore Maidenhead House is not suitable for persons with mobility problems or accessibility needs.
